EnviroChemie GmbH - part of the EnviroWater Group services
Cern - Wastewater Treatment Technology
The European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) based in Geneva close to the Swiss-French border is the world’s largest and most important particle physics laboratory. It houses a particle accelerator (an underground circular tunnel measuring 27 km in length), which has been built to help solve scientific conundrums concerning the origins of the universe and the structure of matter.
Fischer Edelstahl - Wastewater Treatment
Fischer Edelstahl GmbH, a company based in Achern in Germany, has a hall for washing machine parts and transport equipment soiled with various substances, including cooling lubricant emulsions. The assembly cleaning process, which involves a high-pressure cleaner, a part washing machine and floor cleaning machines, produces approximately 3 m³ of wastewater as a result of rinsing and cleaning each day.Toyota - Physico-chemical Wastewater Treatment for the Automotive Industries
The process used by the TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION to produce cars at its site in St. Petersburg results in various types of wastewater. This has to undergo treatment before it can be discharged into the sewage system.Van Gulik - Water Recycling and Wastewater Treatment System for Wastewater from Steel Powder Coating Process
Van Gulik Coatings has installed a second powder coating line at its site in de Meern in the Netherlands. Per hour, the plant is capable of powder coating 18t of steel products measuring 14.5 m in length.Moeser Baer - Photovoltaic - Modern Waste Water Treatment Technology
Modern Waste Water Treatment Technology for the Production of Storage Media and Solar Cells.
Applied Materials - Vacuum Coating
Process Water and Waste Treatment for the Solar Branch, Vacuum Coating, Thin-Film Cells.
Schott Ag - Competent Water Management in Wastewater and Recycling Water Technology
Nine EnviroChemie water experts are entrusted with the water management project with Schott AG in Mainz and are available 24/7. The team consists of engineers, technicians, laboratory technicians, chemical engineers, supply and disposal contractors.
Villeroy & Boch - Recycling Of Glaze
Villeroy & Boch, the world famous producer of ceramic and lifestyle products in Mettlach, Germany, has been looking for an innovative technology to regenerate rinsing concentrates resulting from glaze processing. An optimal process to recycle glazes was developed within the framework of a joint research project with EnviroChemie. Extensive examinations in a test laboratory and a pilot installation supplied the necessary technical data for the design of the Envopur microfiltration plant.
Zeiss Sport Optics - Glass Treatment
The Zeiss Sport Optics Works in Wetzlar produce, among other things, high quality lenses and prisms. The waste water from optical glass production is treated in a Lugan 20.000 plant from EnviroChemie. The flocculation and flotation plant processes 60 m³ of grinding waste water polluted with heavy metals and suspended matter in three shifts a day. The waste water is treated to a quality level that it can be drained into the sewage system.
