OTT HydroMet - Smart Weather Sensors for Wind Flow

Compact all-in-one weather sensor for measurement of wind direction and speed. From the WS product family of professional intelligent measurement transducers with digital interface for environmental applications for measuring wind direction and speed. One external temperature or rain sensor is connectable.

OTT HydroMet - Ultrasonic Wind Sensors with Extended Heating

LUFFT VENTUS-X: Additional transducer heater for most eXtreme environmental conditions! Extremely precise and maintenance-free measurement of wind speed and wind direction even in the lowest temperature.

OTT HydroMet - Ultrasonic Wind Sensor

Extremely precise and maintenance-free measurement of wind speed and wind direction even in the lowest temperature. The accurate wind sensor uses the run-time differential method for determining the wind speed and wind direction. It provides output for instantaneous values, vector and scalar means, the maximum gust of wind and wind direction, the maximum/minimum values and the virtual temperature. Data output through serial or analogue interfaces provides compatibility of the Lufft Ventus for commercially available hydrometeorological dataloggers and PLC systems. An automatic heater ensures reliable operation even in harsh environmental conditions.

OTT HydroMet - Ultrasonic Wind Sensor

Extremely precise and maintenance-free measurement of wind speed and wind direction. Extremely precise and maintenance-free measurement of wind velocity and wind direction as well as calculation of acoustic virtual temperature. The ultrasonic wind sensor is designed without mechanical parts as they have been used with traditional "cups and vanes". The digital or analog output delivers instantaneous, average, min or max value with flexible measuring rate. The V200A-UMB is heated in case reaching critical ambient conditions. Recommended for: meteorology or building automation. The following outputs/protocols are available: NMEA, ASCII, UMB and 4.. 20 mA analog.
