Collection Systems Design Services

Construction Observation Services
RJN has completed over $300 million in construction management services for infrastructure improvement projects. Flow Monitoring Services
Wastewater flow meters are used to measure sewer system performance by continuously recording flow rates throughout the full range of flows in both dry- and peak wet-weather conditions. Flow monitoring campaigns support billing, master planning, capacity analyses, modeling, I/I reduction, and regulatory compliance needs. Nationally, RJN engineers, field technicians and data analysts have installed and maintained flow meter networks ranging from one meter to several hundred with durations from as short as 1 week to nearly a decade.Water
