Open and enclosed workstations as well their design and integration into the concept of a paint-spraying shop will become more and more important in the future. A key aspect is the work that goes on there and making sure the workplaces involved are designed in line with ergonomic principles.

L&E spraying booths are designed in line with the state of the art and tailored to meet the customer`s particular needs. They take into account ergonomic aspects and can be configured with wet- or dry separation.

More and more frequently, bodies in white go through a repeat washing process before they are transferred to the painting facility to clean off what, in some cases, can be heavy soiling from cuttings, sanding dust and welding residue in an effort to ease strain on the preconditioning facilities and permit optimum assessment of the bodyshell for faults.

Our product portfolio also includes the facilities for testing vehicles for leakage. The finished bodies are tested for leakage using simulated rain with all manner of water testing routines. Once tested, the vehicle bodies are dried by gantry-type blow driers. These plants come complete with the systems necessary for conditioning the circulating water such as filtering, demineralising, sterilising and softening the untreated water. The key components are made of stainless steel. The facilities are designed as continuous and/or cycled systems or bays. We reserve the right to make technical modifications on the grounds of continuous advances made in technology.

Concentrators are used for large volumes of gas with a low volume concentration to change those large volumes of air into small ones with higher solvent concentration. This helps to down-size the downstream exhaust gas purification plant on the level of adsorption or oxidation.

The ROTAMILL Oxidator is a thermal regenerative exhaust gas purification plant that cleans solvent or odor loaded exhaust gasses. Through extremely high intern heat recovery it is possible to run the combustion process without or with a low consumption of fuel.

Small, richly loaded volumes of exhaust gasses can be cleaned effectively with theROTAMILL cryo-condensatorplants (co-operation with Messer Group, Krefeld, Germany). With the help of liquid nitrogen the hydrocarbons (VOC) are condensed out (freezed out) and thus recycled. The material recycling in the production process is therefore possible.

ROTAMILL provides complete sulfur pulverizing mills. We do not only sell those mills in Germany but all over the world as well. Centerpiece of the plant is the rotating impact mill in which the chunky sulfur is pulverized. Source material is elementary sulfur that either occurs as a natural product or as result of a petrochemical natural gas recycling process.

The tasks and applications of our industrial fans are various. They help to convey and suck in air, steam, gasses, dust or light cargo. The power spectrum of industrial fans starts at a few cubic meters and reaches up to 3,800,000 cubic meters per hour.
