SALHER - Model CHC-FS-OXIDEP - Low-Load Activated Sludge Treatment Plant
The low-load activated sludge treatment plant (extended aeration) with fixed culture and primary settling chamber CHC-FS-OXIDEP is usually used to treat the water issued from small populations. It includes a primary settling chamber for equalization of the flow and the elimination of coarse solids. This GFRP equipment has an oxygen supply system and an equalization of the mixed liquor through a compressor and a fine bubble diffusers grid in EPDM, a fixed bed of plastic material, for fixation and growth of the biomass, a system of recirculation of activated sludge through Airlift and a secondary settling tank. SALHER - Model CHC-OXIREC-C - Low-Load Activated Sludge Water Treatment Plant
The treatment plant for low-load activated sludge (extended aeration) with settling tank, compressor, diffuser grid and sludge recirculation system CHC-OXIREC-C is used to treat water of medium and large populations, to remove 80% to 90% organic matter (BOD5). This equipment in GFRP includes a system of oxygen supply and equalization of the mixed liquor through compressor and grid of fine bubble diffusers in EPDM, a compact settling tank and an activated sludge recirculation system through submerged pump. It includes an electrical panel board for electromechanical protection and programming.

It is composed of Salher equipment manufactured in GFRP certified by an external body, with strict quality controls in its production process, which are also compact, modular, highly efficiency and easy to install and commission.
SALHER - Model IMH-LBR-TC - WWTP by Biological Filter
The WWTP by biological filter or trickling filter IMH-LBR-TC is a GFRP equipment with orthophthalic resins for removal of 85 – 90% organic matter (BOD5) and 90% suspended solids (SS).
SALHER - Model CVD - WWTP with Trickling Filter
The vertical treatment plant with settling – digestion chambers, biological filter and grease chamber CVC-D is a GFRP equipment with orthophthalic resins for the elimination of 70 – 80% of organic matter (BOD5) and 65 – 70% suspended solids (SS). This set of treatments includes settling, digestion, biological filter and separation of floats with a plastic filling material with a high hollows rate (95%) and a high specific surface area (140 m²/m³).
