SALHER - Model LAVA-E - Industrial Wastewater from Automatic Vehicle Cleaning Systems Compact Plants
The compact plants for the reuse of industrial wastewater from automatic vehicle cleaning systems, LAVA-E, consist of a galvanized steel structure with a high performance filter with an automatic cleaning system, flint and anthracite sand loads, electrovalves, pressure gauges, filter rings, cartridge filter, active carbon filter with automatic cleaning system, activate carbon loads, taps sampling, UV lamp and UV sensor. In addition, for its correct operation, we find the feeding system of the recycling plant, a clean water tank for maintenance, a collection tank for raw water, a tank for clean water storage and the electrical panel board.
SALHER - Model UF-AUT - Ultrafiltration Compact Water Reuse Plants
For the reuse of wastewater, rainwater and treated water by means of highly efficient membrane systems, Salher designs compact water reuse plants using ultrafiltration technology. It can be used for treated wastewater from urban population centers (sewage and grey water) and automatic vehicle cleaning.
SALHER - Model SAL-PLU - Rainwater Treatment Equipment
For the reuse of rainwater, Salher designs the rainwater treatment equipment SAL-PLU, consisting of a compact structure with hydraulic and electrical interconnection of the elements, a filter head with automatic and manual cleaning, a system of disinfection with membrane dosing pump by electromagnetic drive, cylindrical polyethylene accumulation tank for the mixing of the product and a chlorine-pH manual test equipment and another to measure the flow rate, a recirculation pump with floating suction intake and level regulator and the electrical protection and command board.
SALHER - Model PUR-CEDI - Compact Drinking Water Treatment Plants by Demineralization / Electrodeionization
Halfway between purification and reuse, Salher designs the polishing treatments to obtain ultrapure water. Thus, we find the compact drinking water treatment plants by demineralization / electrodeionization, reference PUR-EDI, with which an excellent quality treated water is obtained, and the compact purification plants by continuous electrodeionization, reference PUR-CEDI.
SALHER - Model PUR-EDI - Compact Drinking Water Treatment Plants
The PUR-EDI compact plant consists of high performance ion exchange filters, in GFRP, with automatic cleaning system, an electrodeionization module, of 5 and 1 micron microfiltration system, a feed system to the treatment of demineralization, a permeate control conductivity meter and the electrical panel for control and command of the treatment.
