This half-day course reviews key features of EPA`s Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting rule, as finalized on 9/22/2009. The course will address: (1) emission estimation methodologies, (2) monitoring, (3) reporting, and (4) recordkeeping requirements. In addition, this course will review methods previously employed to complete voluntary reports, such as for The Climate Registry, and will compare these protocols to the required procedures of EPA`s reporting rule.
