The 2060 Process Analyzer is an online wet chemistry analyzer that is suitable for countless applications. This process analyzer offers a new modularity concept consisting of a central platform, which is called a «basic cabinet». The basic cabinet consists of two parts. The upper part contains a touch screen and an industrial PC. The lower part contains the flexible wet part where the hardware for the actual analysis is housed. If the basic wet part capacity is not sufficient enough to solve an analytical challenge, then the basic cabinet can be expanded to up to four additional wet part cabinets to ensure enough space to solve even the most challenging applications. The additional cabinets can be configured in such a way that each wet part cabinet can be combined with a reagent cabinet with integrated (non-contact) level detection to increase analyzer uptime.

The 2060 Human Interface (HI) is a reliable industrial process controller with a rugged enclosure and high-definition touch screen. Designed with IP65 protection in mind, this process controller is perfect for all industries, especially in harsh environments. The 2060 HI is part of the 2060 process platform, which means that it is highly versatile and flexible in accordance to Metrohm Process Analytics design philosophy. With that concept in mind, the 2060 HI is designed to be connected to our family of process spectrometers (Near infrared and Raman) and to wet chemistry analyzers (titration and ion chromatography) to tackle any industrial challenge.

The 2060 Ion Chromatograph (IC) Process Analyzer from Metrohm Process Analytics is based on the modular 2060 platform concept. This modular architecture enables the separation of the cabinets in different locations around a plant and the connection to up to 20 sample streams for time-saving sequential analysis at multiple areas inside of a plant.
