The GemRam™ is a lightweight, portable Raman spectrometer for rapid, non-destructive verification of known gemstones as well as the identification of unknown gemstones based on mineral physics. Designed for gemologists and researchers, it includes B&W Tek’s GemID™ identification software with a spectral library of more than 450 genuine gemstones from the GemExpert collection, including common and rare gem spectra and images. The GemRam can be used to identify polished stones, crystals as well as uncut stones.
