You asked, and we listened! The newly improved Gas Powered Core Sampling Kit with the Gas Powered REDI Boss Hammer is ideal for obtaining soil core samples up to a depth of 8'. There are multiple methods available for collecting core samples using this kit. Firstly, you have the option to use the 4' Gas Powered Slotted Sampler Tube independently. The slotted sampler tube is to be used without a plastic liner to retrieve a complete core sample up to 4'. Once you have obtained your sample, simply utilize the Cleanout Spoon to remove the core sample from the sampler.

The 2" Gas Powered Leaf Puller quickly adapts to our Foot Jack. This puller has three rings that will take hold of 2" tubing to assist with extracting rods.

The Gas Powered Clay Drive Tip features an aggressive tapered tip with a smaller diameter opening, resulting in better sample recovery in clay soil conditions.This tip is only used with the Gas Powered Core Sampling Kit.

Gas Powered Lower Extensions have knurl marks located on the male end. These sampler tubes give you the option of creating a 2` or 4` sampler. If you are looking to achieve a 2` sample, you WILL need to use the lower tube.

Gas Powered Upper Extensions have knurl marks located on the female end. To create a 4' sampler, you WILL need to connect an upper and lower tube together. Upon assembly, you will notice two parallel knurl marks on each sampler tube. Properly connecting your tubes with these knurl marks in the correct position will ensure the proper timing of your sample liner so that there is minimal liner float inside the sampler.
