Soil Probes - Regular Step Soil Probes

AMS - Model 401.42 - 40 Inch Plated One-Piece Step Probe

Built-in steps allow for additional pressure to be exerted while driving Soil Probes into the soil. They are available in one or two-piece models. The two-piece model includes a 10" Rubber-Gripped Cross Handle. The same handle is welded to the one-piece model. Both Step Probes have an outer diameter of 7/8" and cut a 5/8" X 12" soil core. They are constructed of nickel-plated and/or powder coated chromoly that have heat-treated tips.
