Adaptronic - Model HV - Test Bench System With Fully Integrated Test Technology
The high-voltage test bench system with fully integrated test technology can be used to test cables and wire harnesses with voltages up to 5000 VAC/6000 VDC. The HV test bench system from adaptronic enables connection tests, short-circuit tests, component tests, and insulation tests specifically for high-voltage wiring. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be expanded with additional components in a clear and maintenance-friendly way.The already integrated NT 700-13 test system is based on a compact open-frame design that was specially developed for installation in test benches. The central control unit can be configured with the RM5000 modular system for the use of test point cards and supports up to four voltage classes within an assembly carrier in mixed matrix operation.
Adaptronic - Model TD1200-VTS - Vacuum Test System
The TD1200-VTS vacuum test system is a test bench with a vacuum chamber and sealed adapters, which make it particularly suitable for voltage tests on unshielded cable harnesses. High-voltage wire harnesses, such as those used in electric vehicles, must undergo dielectric strength testing. When testing unshielded wires, standard practice involves the use of conductive liquids or gases, which can be hazardous to health. The vacuum test system from adaptronic enables innovative dielectric strength testing in a vacuum and therefore in the medium of air. For this purpose, the HV wire set is inserted into a completely enclosed metal chamber (negative terminal) and is connected to the measuring generator (positive potential). If an arc is visible during the test, there is a defect. The vacuum therefore makes it possible to safely test the wire harness and distinguish between pass and fail. Optionally, the NT 700-11 can also be used for connection, short-circuit, and insulation tests.
