The JacketStrip 8400 automatically strips jackets or insulation from thin, round cables to difficult-to-process power cables with an outer diameter of up to 26 mm (1''''). The versatile wire stripper performs full strips, partial strips, and window strips on thick cables and tough insulation materials such as PVC, PUR, rubber, Teflon, Tefzel, and Kapton, with a stripping length of up to 200 mm (7.87") / optional 400 mm (15.748").The rotary incision head with 4-blade technology eliminates the need for blade changes, ensuring high flexibility. The rotating blade system centers the cable and creates precise incisions into the cable jacket upon pressing the foot pedal. After the cable jacket is cut, it is removed using a strong electric motor.Pneumatically operated clamping jaws guarantee optimal cable retention during the stripping process, and waste insulation material is automatically ejected.

The JacketStrip 8310 precisely axially and radially slits the outer jacket of insulated cables with an outer diameter of 2.5 - 25 mm (0.1" - 1''''). Due to the unique floating blade system the JacketStrip 8310 axially and radially slits the insulation of out-of-round, multiconductor, and twisted pair cables without damaging the inner conductors or shielding.Radial and axial slits can be performed as required with a strip length from 10 to 500 mm (0.4 to 19.7"). A rotating blade precisely follows the surface of the jacket for accurate radial slitting. The universal 4-jaw cable centering system with wayback function ensures precise incisions. Optionally, the cable jacket can be slit lengthwise while being extracted from the machine. After the slits are made, the insulation jacket can easily be removed by hand.A color touchscreen makes programming easy, and barcode scanning simplifies the importing of parameters.

The semiautomatic ShieldCut 8100 cuts braided shielding on round and out-of-round cables from 2 mm (0.08") to 9 mm (0.35") in diameter, with a maximum cut length of 120 mm (4.72"). With the semiautomatic ShieldCut 8100, a rotating brush combs out the braided shield strands, which are cleanly cut between two rotating blades. The machine is equipped with reliable drives and high-performance control software for repeatable, high-quality results that cannot be achieved with shield processing.The included standard guide set accommodates a wide range of cable diameters. Universal clamping jaws and shield cutting blades eliminate the need for adjustments between different cable sizes.The machine features a 7" high-definition color touchscreen for quick and easy operation. Intuitive menu navigation minimizes training time and input errors. Production data can be saved and accessed at any time.
