The fully automatic wire processing machine Alpha 520 can perform customized jobs with unique applications. Its precisely process wire qualities with cross sections from 0.13 – 6 mm² can easily handle even short wires from 20 mm. Applications with smaller wire cross sections as 0.05 mm² are available after feasibility test. The effortless setup and material changeover process guarantees economical production even with small batch sizes. Our quality concept involves integrated monitoring and verification for improved productivity and simplified operation. The fully automatic Alpha 530 wire processing machine for crimping and seal insertion on both sides meets high quality requirements for wire cross-sections of 0.13 – 6 mm². Thanks to flexible configuration, special and complex applications can also be carried out with the Alpha 530. Gamma 450 - the compact, fully automatic wire processing machine - processes crimps and seals on both sides with a wire cross section of 0.13 –4 mm². The fully automatic Gamma 450 wire processing machine is a compact device for its performance. Thanks to fully integrated, seamless quality monitoring with CFA/CFA+, ACD and Q1250 and optional modules, it can be adapted to high and future-oriented requirements. The fully automatic crimping machine CrX-44HD is designed for heavy-duty applications. It excels in handling large-gauge copper and aluminum wires up to 95 mm² (000 AWG). The CrX-44HD is the first fully automatic processor designed from scratch to handle large-gauge applications. Unlike other machines upgraded from light-wire units, it effortlessly tackles heavy-duty jobs. With the ability to handle copper and aluminum wires up to 95 mm² (000 AWG) and fully-automatic crimping up to 70 mm² (00 AWG), it leads the industry.The powerful processor features a heavy-duty feed drive, cutter head, and wire grippers. Its ``Pick and Place`` terminal technology allows for quick changeovers and lower tooling costs. Komax CoaxCenter - Model 6000 - Wire Processing Micro-Coaxial Cables

The CoaxCenter 6000 processes micro-coaxial cables of 0.005 mm² (40 AWG), coaxial cables up to 7 mm in diameter and single conductor wires from 0.013 - 2.5 mm² (36 AWG - 14 AWG). The cut, strip, and terminate machine platform CoaxCenter 6000 can be configured with up to six processing stations. Stripping is carried out using the RotaryUnit 6000 or V-shaped blades with multi-blade heads. The cable end is held by a single gripper during all processes.Raw material with a diameter of up to 7.0 mm (0.27") can be processed with the linear feed unit at a speed of 2.5 m/s. The belt drive allows for diameters of up to 5.5 mm (0.21") and speeds up to 5 m/s.Stripped cable ends are continually monitored by the QCam 360 camera system, which can detect cut strands in the wire. Reject parts are sorted out immediately.

Komax Alpha - Model 560 - Fully Automatic Wire Processing Machine

The Alpha 560 fully automatic wire processing machine is suitable for loading large terminals or seals up to a conductor cross section of 16 mm² on one or both sides. Two stations each process wires with cross sections of 2.5 to 16 mm² , crimp terminals up to 55mm and seals with a maximum length of 21mm. The Alpha 560 can be easily operated with the innovative HMI control and can also be controlled intuitively with minimal training. With a crimp force of 50 kN and fully integrated crimp force monitoring (CFA+/CFA), even demanding terminals can be assembled with the lowest possible waste rates. Up to 380 different seal variants are processed thanks to intelligent seal detection and the saved SST (Smart Seal Track) parameters. The wear-free, optical quality monitoring Q1250 monitors the strip quality and seal insertion during the process and sorts out faulty products fully automatically.

The Alpha 565 wire processing machine is suitable for special processing with up to seven process stations and conductor cross-section 0.13 – 6 mm². With seven process stations, the Alpha 565 wire processing machine offers plenty of space for special processing and individual processes. Customer-specific applications are easily and effectively integrated. Thanks to the modular machine design, even complex assembly processes such as dual core wire processing, ultrasonic solidifying or welding processes are possible. Elements such as the X1582 twisting unit, the X1585 fluxing and tinning module, the DC double gripper module, the AEH-LS ferrule module, the S1441 seal module and the selection of various crimp modules can be individually integrated. This means that the machine also meets changing and complex requirements. Accurate processing is ensured thanks to the CFA+/CFA, ACD and Q1250 quality process monitoring.
