Komax - Model MRO 200 Av/Bv - V Laser Wire & Cable Marking System

The MRO 200-Av and MRO 200-Bv are high-tech vector wire marking machines for harness manufacturing. The laser technology offers precise and efficient wire identification solutions. Combined with a proven, reliable mechanical design, the MRO 200-Av and MRO 200-Bv feature state-of-the-art laser vector marking technology. The innovative diode pumped laser ensures efficient marking performance. Both machines are designed for minimal maintenance and operator convenience, with tasks limited to spool changes, cable loading, coiling pan emptying, and PC keyboard control. Utilizing the mask-less feature, the MRO 200-Av/Bv directly marks characters and barcodes on the cable. Furthermore, it offers the added advantage of creating and adjusting character sizes, enhancing both productivity and flexibility.

Komax - Model M1630 Jet - Wire Marking Systems

The M1630 Jet inkjet printer enables fast, flexible line printing with short changeover times. Operation takes place directly via the machine control. The strengths of the M1630 Jet inkjet marker are low manufacturing costs, efficiency at high volumes and frequent change of print content. It comes in BC (black marking), P (pigmented inks) and S versions (for small fonts in black). The marker is virtually maintenance-free during operation. Ink and make-up fluid can also be replenished during production. The RFID reader checks the modules and warns of errors. The wire marking system is controlled by a color touch panel and also enables the operation of several network-integrated markers. Komax printers are closely linked to the machine control: Print data is collected and stored on the machine. The Komax 1630 Jet is automatically configured when the system is started.

 

Komax - Model M1630 Jet Eco - Wire Marking Systems

The M1630 Jet eco inkjet printer for Kappa 3xx machines makes fast, flexible printing affordable, even in the economy segment. The eco version offers the main advantages of the M1630 Jet inkjet wire printer with optimal integration into the wire processing process, wire-specific printing functions, low operating costs, high availability and user-friendly operation. For the lower price, however, the M1630 Jet eco comes with reduced equipment and is therefore limited to machines that do not require the top performance of the M1630 Jet. For example, marking with the eco is significantly slower at 5.7m/s than the Jet variant at 7.4 to 12m/s. The quick font option is not possible. The cable labeling device M1630 Jet eco is available in the versions BC (for black or slightly pigmented marking) and P (with highly pigmented inks).

Komax - Model 26 - Wire Marking & Identification System

The Komax 26 hot-stamping printer has two manually adjustable stamping wheels, each with 16 characters, and prints wires from 1.3 to 6 mm outer diameter. Thanks to the built-in standard input signal, the Komax 26 inkjet marker can be used on all standard wire processing machines. Wires can be printed efficiently and precisely with just two wire guides. An optimum marking result is achieved by adjusting the stamping force and temperature. Wire or film changes and text changes can be carried out without tools: The text to be printed is easily adjusted by turning the stamping wheels. The ribbons are also threaded in outside the machine, which is also possible during operation. This ensures short changeover times and high productivity.

Komax EasyContrast - Model M1650 - Tube Marking System

The M1650 tube marking module prints marker tubes and pushes them onto the wire. The module is designed for machines in the new Zeta 6x0 range. In contrast to many stand-alone solutions, the M1650 Tube can be fully integrated into fully automatic wire harness production such as with the automatic Zeta wire processing machines. This integration and the change of thermal transfer ribbon and tubing material in less than five minutes saves a lot of time and ensures the highest quality. The M1650 tube marking system can be used to process flat, oval and round tube types. As a further advantage of tube labeling, the lettering can be rotated and moved to guarantee legibility. This is particularly advantageous in control cabinet construction when wires need to be shortened and markings need to be aligned forward. Thanks to the thermal transfer printing process, high abrasion resistance is also ensured.

Schleuniger HotStamp - Model 4500 - Hot Stamp Marking Machine

The HotStamp 4500 marks wires and cables with a wide range of insulation, such as PVC, Teflon®, Tefzel®, cross-linked, SXL, and GXL, with an outer diameter of up to 15 mm (0.59"). Its wide carriage enables the compact HotStamp 4500 to mark each end of the wire and cable with a different alphanumeric string up to 16 characters long. The large selection of character sizes and foils, along with a drawer for quick foil changeover, allows maximum flexibility in marking.Since both leading and trailing end marks are applied at the same time, it can also perform double continuous marking at set intervals for greater production rates. The HotStamp 4500 easily interfaces with any Schleuniger cut & strip machines or cutters. An optional foot pedal is also available for stand-alone operations.

 

Schleuniger HotStamp - Model 4140 - Wire Processing Marking Machine

The marking system HotStamp 4140 is designed for precise marking of wires, cables, tubing, and a variety of thermoplastic materials with diameters from 1 – 12 mm (0.04" – 0.5"). On the HotStamp 4140, the combination of characters and character size can be selected freely within the specified range. During the printing process, the preheated character wheels imprint the precision-engraved characters by pressing the pigmented marking foil into the selected material. The concave form of the characters is exactly matched to the diameter of the processed material.The precise adjusting options for the stamping pressure, time, and marking temperature allow for repeatability and accurate results. Without changing the character wheels, it is possible to achieve up to 25-digit markings in alphanumeric characters.The HotStamp 4140 is compatible with Schleuniger cut and strip machines.
