Low cost solution allowing unattended operation. WireStacker 1000 stack wire up to a length of 3.0 m (10 ft.). Greatly reduces labour involved in handling long wires. The versatile dps 375 wire deposit system has programmable batch size sorting, making it the perfect complement to all third-generation Kappa cutting and stripping machines. For efficient and economical wire processing, wires up to a length of 3.5 m and a diameter range of 2 mm to 35 mm can be sorted and stored with the dps 375 deposit system.
Schleuniger WireStacker - Model 3150 - Active Stacking Machine
The synchronized WireStacker 3150 is designed for precise axial stacking of cables – available in lengths of 2.5 m (8.2 ft), 5 m (16.4 ft), 7.5 m (24.6 ft), and 10 m (32.8 ft). The built-in, synchronized driven transport belts of the WireStacker 3150 allow for stacking cables carefully and safely without wire jams, even for very flexible wires. It processes wires with a diameter of 1.5 – 25.4 mm (0.06 – 1”). The integrated batch tray allows for freely programmable batch production and enables the operator to perform additional tasks simultaneously with the production process. The WireStacker 3150 is easily controlled by I/O signals and speed information from the interface of an upstream cable processing machine. Apart from transporting the wire, the 45° tilted transport belt also ensures optimal guiding and secure ejection. The WireStacker 3150 excels in high flexibility, making it an important element within an efficient and precise cable processing line.
