Komax - Model F1110 - Wire Feed System for Fully Automatic Wire Processing Machines
The F1110 wire feed system for fully automatic wire processing machines (Alpha and Gamma) unwinds loose wire rings and wire drums evenly and easily. The intelligent software of the F1110 actively synchronizes with the wire processing machine and thus ensures maximum throughput. The prefeeder communicates with the main machine via EtherCAT and can be controlled via its interface. In addition, the self-learning system automatically adjusts the software parameters and stops immediately upon detection of wire knots and the end of the wire package. The smart wire prefeeder adapts to the type of package, as well as the stability and quality of the wire material. The set-up and changeover time was significantly reduced compared to the previous model: A swivel arm with loading and unloading position is available for easy threading in and out of the wire.

The belt-driven Prefeeder 3200, with a standard storage unit of 1800 mm, pulls cables from the spools with a pulling force of up to 330N processing cables of up to 35 mm (1.38"). The PreFeeder 3200 puller prefeeding system is available with different accumulator systems. In the prefeeding process, a pendulum arm pulls directly from the reel, eliminating downtime and enabling easy cable changeovers. Optionally, the pendulum storage system can be replaced with a loop limit control for feeding rigid cables and tubes up to 35 mm (1.38") into the processing machine. An additional inlet pendulum arm smooths spool acceleration during feeding. The ads 115 tabletop wire feed model with infinitely variable dereel speed can be flexibly connected to cutting and wire stripping machines for loose rings or flat tape reels.
