The light-weight, economical single pan coiling machine CableCoiler 500 coils wire or cable of up to 12 mm (0.47") in diameter – operating with automatic cut and strip machines. The CableCoiler 500 is a light-duty, economical single pan wire ring winder used to coil wire or cable weighing up to 4 kg (8.8 lbs.). It is designed to interface with automatic cut and strip machines. As the wire or cable exits the cut and strip machine, it passes through a guide tube and into the CableCoiler 500 coiling pan. The coiling pan speed is synchronized with the speed of the exiting wire or cable or fully adjustable by the operator. The "Eject Time" regulates the coiling time after the wire or calbe is cut. An optical sensor makes interfacing with machines without WS/Postfeed interface integrated or 3rd party cutting and stripping machines easy.

The CableCoiler 1300 is a fully synchronized cable coiler for cut and strip machines with two coiling units for round cables with up to 12 mm (0.47") diameter. The CableCoiler 1300 coils all types of round cables up to 12 mm (0.47") in diameter on two separate coiling stations. While the operator unloads a completed coil from one station, the CableCoiler 1300 coils a cable on the other, eliminating downtime and enhancing efficiency. The cable is fed via a wire diverter and guide tube to the rotating coiling pan, switching stations after each coil is completed. With coiling diameters from 110–230 mm (4.33–9.06") and coil weights up to 10 kg (22.05 lbs.), it allows flexible production. Easy handling, a touchscreen, and full synchronization with the processing machine simplify operation. Minimal configuration settings reduce changeover time, making even small batch sizes productive.
Schleuniger CableCoiler - Model 1450 - Single Pan Coiling System
The single pan coiling system CableCoiler 1450 coils wire, cable or tubing of up to 16 mm (0.63") in diameter. Moveable pins allow adjustements to different coiling diameters. The CableCoiler 1450, with its rotary design and movable pins, allows adjustments for different coiling diameters. As the disc rotates, the material is coiled around the inner pins. When the coiling is completed, the coiler pulls the material out from the processing machine and stops, allowing for easy and safe unloading by the operator. Safety is ensured by performing all rotating movements in a down position with a closed and monitored cover. Its programmable parameters can be saved in jobs for easy and fast loading and can even be imported or exported between coilers via USB stick. The wire ring winder operates in "auto coil of loose rings" mode as an integrated post-processing accessory for use with cut and strip machines.
Schleuniger CableCoiler - Model TM 66 - Universal, Semi-Automatic Cable Tying Machine
The universal, semi-automatic TM 66 Tying Machine is used to tie coils, hanks, or bundles of wire, cable, and tubing with diameters from 5 to 220 mm (0.2" - 5.9"). The TM 66 uses an ingenious concept to automatically wrap tensioned elastic cord around the material to be bound, ties a knot in the cord, and then cuts the ends. After positioning the material to be tied on the machine table surface, the cycle is triggered by a foot pedal, leaving both hands of the operator free. After the tying process, the tied bundle can be removed from the tabletop. For different bundle diameters, no adjustments are required. An adjustable tying tension ensures the end result meets the requirements. The automatic cord loading and electronic safety eye of the TM 66 tying machine ensure high quality without errors. Together with a short cycle time and minimal training time for operators, high productivity is guaranteed.
